Sherri Stephanson is the President and Founder of Aldeberan Coaching and Consulting.
Sherri has the following qualifications:
- a Bachelor of Education degree
- a Masters of Education
- a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute
- an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation
- a certification for providing Emotional Intelligence assessments
Sherri’s background in leadership positions, combined with her education and certifications, makes her the ideal choice for customized coaching and consulting. She specializes in executive and leadership coaching to motivate clients and organizations to reach their full potential, one conversation at a time. Sherri’s facilitation skills demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of effective staff development and adult learning practices. She has demonstrated successful leadership in building cohesive and collaborative team cultures.
Sherri’s 32 years in K-12 education included roles as a teacher, vice-principal and principal, followed by a decade as a senior administrator in a school division that supported and promoted coaching. Since leaving the education system, Sherri has pursued her passion as a coach and life-long learner. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is an Associate Certified Coach. Sherri’s values of integrity, dependability, determination, and openness are exemplified in her work.
Sherri also emphasizes building and enhancing organizational culture including team development, conflict management training, making the most of meetings and value-added dialogue amongst team members.
